Lobby Bar Live gathers a small, curated group of the people who move this industry forward, and lets the city, the venue, and the room do most of the work.

This August, we're on Chicago's Gold Coast: two days at the Viceroy, a 1920s landmark reimagined in Art Deco glamour, with Lake Michigan a short walk one way and Oak Street's storefronts the other.

It's the experience that puts people forward in the art of good business in an incredible industry.

What to Expect

Every Lobby Bar Live runs on the same idea: real time together, not a packed agenda. A rooftop welcome reception, long seated dinners, a Power Breakfast with a guest voice worth hearing, and Power Circle, our version of one-on-one meetings that actually feel like conversations. Then we leave room to enjoy the city: the lake, the museums, Michigan Avenue, whatever makes this the best work trip you've had in a long time.
